Hellllooo everyone!! I just arrived here in Ko Lanta Thailand yesterday, July 21st!! My flight departed Phnom Penh, Cambodia at 6:20 and flew for 1 hour 10 mins to arrive in Bangkok at 7:30, where I had a 2 hour layover. I departed Bangkok at 9:25 and flew for 1 hour and 25 mins to arrive at Krabi Airport near Ko Lanta at 10:50 am on July 21st. The flight with Bangkok Airlines cost me $493 and it took the 779 km from Phnom Penh to Ko Lanta. I'm staying at the Layana Resort in Ko Lanta. It is absolutely beautiful, its honestly my own little paradise and is costing me $147 a night. Here are some pictures of the resort:

So today is only my second day here in Ko Lanta and it is absolutely beautiful. Ko Lanta is an island in the Krabi Province in Thailand. The resort is very secluded and separated from all the nuisances of the hustle and bustle of large cities. I will be staying here until July 31st and I am really excited to just relax around the resort and sit on the beach, because at my previous stop of Phnom Penh I was busy every day, going to some place or another!! Here in Ko Lanta it is not a busy city or anything, from my resort Ko Lanta seems like a vast open island with very few citizens. In my next few days here I wont be doing anything to monumental that I can think to tell you guys about. The only activities I will be doing are around the resort or excursions offered by the resort. Some that sound really good to me are sunset cruises and the authentic thai cooking lessons and the fruit carving!! This morning when I went to the breakfast buffet there were some really neat fruit carvings and I was like "omg i totally want to try that!!" so I asked around, and I heard that they had lessons!! Super excited! Here are some pictures of the fruit carvings in the Restaurant:

Soon I will be able to do these!!

I have a whole week here in Ko Lanta to relax and enjoy myself, so i'm gonna go live it up!! Bye everyone, I will catch up with you guys at my next stop, which is also my final stop :(( Bye!!!
